From the age of 5, I knew that I wanted to be a psychologist. I’ve always been a helper. After earning a BA in Communications Theory and Research, I realized that I wanted to continue my education and pursued a Masters in Counseling Psychology. At the time it wasn’t my calling. I went back into Advertising/Marketing and spent 25 years there, but I always felt there was something missing. After some soul searching, research and coaching (!), I was introduced to the IPEC program and completed my training to become an International Coaching Federation trained COR.e Energy Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (and I couldn’t be more thrilled).

Now, with coaching I get to combine my love of helping clients uncover and reach their best selves, with my deep knowledge and experience in the industry. I’m here to help all who seek more fulfillment and success within their current role… and beyond.
