My definition of coaching

Working with a client to capitalize on their strengths, amplify them + help remove blocks that prevent them from being as effective and efficient as they want to be—in life, work, relationships, or where ever they want to focus their energy!

How it works

If you’ve never had a coach before you may be wondering how it works. First off, coaching is different from therapy, consulting, or sports coaching (although we do focus on a mastery mindset vs. a performance mindset).

+ Therapy tends to focus on the past to fix problems, heal emotional wounds or treat mental illness.

+ Coaching focuses on opportunities in the present and how to create (and live!) the future you’re looking for.

+ Consultants fix problems by researching, creating and presenting a plan.

+ Coaching focuses on the client’s desires and helps them to develop a plan to get there, one that capitalizes on their personal needs, resources and abilities.

+ And Sports Coaching…well you’re probably very familiar with what that entails..

Complementary
Discovery Session

A Discovery Session is a 30 minute FREE conversation to explore what coaching is, how it can help you reach your specific goals and to allow you to experience coaching first hand. This Discovery Session is the first step in the coaching process. Based on the outcome of our conversation, together we decide if we want to pursue a coaching relationship and what that might look like.

Energy Leadership Index (ELI)
Assessment + Debrief

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. It differs from other personality assessments by measuring your level of energy based on your unique perception and perspective of the world. By leveraging the learnings from the ELI, you can alter your attitude, shift your level of consciousness, and increase your energy as a result, impacting both your personal and professional life.
The ELI can be used as a stand alone tool and/or used as a starting point for an ongoing coaching relationship.
